lack of internet

my room definitley needed a modern touch, it was just okay. on top of that, NO Wi-Fi! shocking for a hotel. I woudl ve expected a room upgrade or something nice for such inconveniences, but alas, nothing. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't with those glaring issues. it’s out of touch with what a guest deserves.

The family room was large and super clean. It had a coffee machine, flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries. The public bath was relaxing after a day out. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a family trip.

The location is a highlight, being just a 20-minute walk to the cable car and close to bus stops. The spacious room had a lovely view, and the staff was genuinely helpful with local information. my late-night experience at the bar was disappointing since it was closed.
